Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on DonYeyo.com. We will only exchange merchandise in two circumstances:

1) We have shipped you an incorrect item:
We will exchange an item that was erroneously shipped if You return the incorrect item in new and unused condition in all product packaging and accessories (Items must be returned) within 30 days of the date the item was shipped to You;

2) The item is defective:
We will exchange defective items if You return the item to Us in all product packaging and accessories (Product must be returned) within 30 days of the date the item was shipped to You and after We have independently verified that the item is defective.
